Trainee Sales Negotiator:

A reputable agency with a network of offices across St Albans, JW&CO are currently looking to recruit a Trainee Sales Negotiator to join the busy team in our highly successful London Colney office.

Experience is not necessary as full training will be provided. A fantastic opportunity for someone looking to kick start their career in property, the successful candidate will have the chance to quickly progress with excellent earning potential. You will need to be well-disciplined, organised and able to work well under pressure.

Day to day duties will include but are not limited to:

•  Registering potential purchasers on the phone and in person
•  Qualifying their buying position and their requirements
•  Arranging and accompanying viewings
•  Gaining feedback from these viewings
•  Negotiating offers
• Sales progression

Required skills and experience:

•    Teamwork and cooperation skills
•   Diligent, with a keen eye for detail
•   Strong communication skills
•   Highly motivated and willing to learn
•   Outstanding customer service skills
•   A confident and professional manner
•   Full clean UK driving licence and own car


•  Full training for the role providing a strong understanding of the property market
•  Training courses available
•  Potential to progress to a commission based pay
•  Be part of a close-knit team and frequently attend company events

The working hours are 9am-6pm Monday-Friday and alternate Saturdays 9am-4pm.
